Can a person order pie in the morning??
Waitresses are friendly, always checking to make sure you don't do without! Coffee was always full! And hot, just ask, if they have it it is yours!
MoreBest breakfast for miles. Pie galore. Servers are sweet.
Yum hashbrowns with the work. And chicken fried steak very good as well
Great little local family diner! I regularly come in with my toddler for breakfast when were back home visiting Grandma. The food is delicious, my over easy eggs are always perfect and they have a large selection of great pies. The service is excellent, too, and they're great with my toddler!
MoreA amazing place to get breakfast in GP. After church, town hall meeting, or seeing the family this is a wonderful place for everyone to enjoy breakfast. It's one of the last great original caveman places left in town since the great California migration of 2000. The cinnamon rolls are amazing. The chicken fried steak is always filling.
MoreFriendly staff! Entertained my kid when he had a million questions. Good food.
This place was amazing! We're just passing through and honestly I'm so sad that it's not closer to our home because this is the type of place that I could see myself being a regular at. Awesome staff, amazing food, and a very welcoming atmosphere
MoreAwesome food. Small Hometown atmosphere😊
Best breakfast and lunch in town! Love this place. My family eats here regularly. We love the food and the staff. They get pretty busy, especially on Sunday's but it is worth the wait. Size portions are HUGE! They even make my wife a healthy alternative just the way she likes it. AND they have gluten free toast for her! If you like tasty food and a great family feel, this is your place!
MoreReally great, diner breakfast. Decent prices, fast & friendly service with a small town diner decor. What more can you ask?
MoreBest breakfast and pie! Also the service is great!
Huge portions Excellent food Excellent service.
Great friendly service, delicious food - huge portions!
Their pies are top notch and breakfast was good too
Excellent customer service. Food is always great. Have a pie too!
The pies keep this place in business. The food is good, but rarely does it come out correctly. The service is lacking, even though the waitresses are really nice. They just don't seem to want to help the non regulars. Sad to read the negative reviews. This place has been around forever!! Hopefully it will turn around.
MoreVery good food with small town atmosphere. Their cinnamon rolls are to die for!
Very friendly. Great food.
Nice home cooked food. Not fancy, local diner atmosphere. Great French toast, eggs Benedict, huge cinnamon rolls!
MoreThere cinnamon rolls are hands down the best in Oregon. There are a life changing experience Lol.
MoreThe food is great. The service is great too, but they are so so good everyone is always there and even if they had 10 more waiters the building isn't very big and there is only so many tables. The wait is so long and I would like to say that the wait is worth it but I can't.
MoreBiscuits and gravy with sausage eggs. So good, now hungry just thinking about it.
MoreGood ole home cooked food and the service is out of this world. Gained 5 lbs looking at the pies
MoreFood was good but the chicken fried steak was small used to take have the plate not now and the prices was higher
MoreGreat place! Very accommodating and excellent service.
We needed a pie for a birthday and we have special food issues. The could fill the bill because they do not use corn syrup in their pies (which is a miricle) so we drove the 40 miles to get the pie. When we called we did not have to give a credit card they just put our name on the pie and told us to please be there before they closed. WOW good old country trust and my oh my good old country pie. It was the best pie ever we will for sure go there again. They really take care of their people.
MoreThe Powderhorn has a home town atmosphere. No child or senior menu available. My waitress was very polite and made it clear she was fairly new. Sadly the food on the other hand was very undercooked & greasy.
MoreGreat friendly service. Good portions and food. Could be our go-to place from now on.
MoreHad brunch with the wife and it exceeded expectations. Didn't get anything too crazy, just pancakes with eggs and bacon. The pancakes were amazing, super light and fluffy and I need to mention LARGE. :) Great quality syrup as I don't usually have any with cakes, but I had to this time. Last but not least, the waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend a dine in experience!
MoreGreat homestyle food and incredibly good pie (flaky crust) made in house.
Very good country comfort food waitress was very nice and helpful
The food and servise is top if you want a wonderful meal served with a smile a must goto
MoreWonderful service. The best navy bean soup. Awesome breakfast croissants and Turkey delight!
MoreThe food is amazing and the staff is awesome. They let me chill and eat while I study which really takes up a lot of time. Also barefoot friendly.
MoreGood food, good service. A bit of a wait but that's expected since it's so popular.
MoreGood restaurant. Consistently good food, and fair prices.
This is a cozy family friendly restaurant. The talkative atmosphere and delicious food is what you look forward to in a family owned cafe. I highly recommend this place!
MoreAmazing small town diner. Big plates, small prices, and super comfy. If you want that small town diner experience, you can not pass this place up.
MorePassing through. They had a delicious pesto hollandaise sauce! Pretty quick service the morning we arrived.
MoreGreat small town cafe. Excellent breakfast options. Hash browns are delicious and really need to try the huge tasty cinnamon roll if they have them on hand.
MoreAbsolutely amazing! Great coffee, pancakes and I highly recommend you get gravy on your hash browns!
MoreBest breakfast and lunch in the valley. If I could afford it, I would hire the staff to cook for me day and night. If you go here on the weekend, be prepared for a short wait because the food is no joke, that good. Locally owned and operated. Locally sourced food (as far as I know) for everyone to enjoy! I will be eating here as long as I possibly can. I love having this local place to eat at!
MoreMy son and daughter in law recommended this eatery to me so I checked them out. I had a delicious sandwich. The western decor was interesting and had a comfortable atmosphere. A little on the pricey side, but I'll eat here again.
MoreWe shared a burger. It was delicious and was cooked perfectly. The service was good and the waitress was delightful.
MoreGreat food. My wife had the tuna melt and said it was the best and so did the napikin wall art also had that. The french dip had some awsome bread. Have to get the pie very soft and flaky crust.
MoreVariety of price points for my family with excellent food and kind-hearted, attentive staff (I dare you to try to empty your coffee before they come by to refill). Owner loves serving food as much as serving her community.
MoreAmazing food and service. Thank you Debbi!
Great service and food. Friendly place.
Food was good but took a long time to get it. Worth a visit for standard American Diet food.
MoreFast service, friendly staff and great food. A great place that we will visit again, but next time we'll leave room for pie or one of those monster cinnamon rolls.
